Each bracelet is handmade and ready to be shipped within 7 business days. Each package comes with tracking as well. The bracelets are strung on an elastic cord, which adds some stretch to your bracelet for easily rolling on and off your wrist. Only one re-useable keepsake bag is provided per order, and once the package is shipped, Beads.by.winnie is not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or uncontrollable events, or for any lost/stolen/missing packages.
Do you offer domestic and international shipping?
Yes, we are delighted to ship everywhere! The cost for domestic and international shipping costs are determined before you make the final purchase. International shipping costs will be applied to the order. Please note, orders that are designated for International shipments may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. As the recipient of the shipment is responsible for all of the above fees. If for any reason, the recipient chooses to refuse a shipment from Beads.by.winnie, the recipient is responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any fees added to the package, and the cost of returning the package to Beads.by.winnie

For best wear and long lasting bracelets, it is recommend to individually roll on and off your wrist to avoid stretching of the elastic cord. Our gold filled beads are tarnish resistant, but our colored letter beads are subject to some fading. Please avoid exposing your pieces to perfumes and other harsh chemicals like chlorine, as this may cause a reaction to the metals and cause tarnishing.
I don’t know what size bracelet to order! How do I determine the correct size?

Please be as specific as possible when placing an order.
For an example, if you would like a bead in between the initials please enter in the notes like this: A (bead) B (bead) C. If you would like a heart emoji bead, please enter: A (heart) B.
Letters, numbers, and heart symbols are available ONLY!
If a “&” symbol is requested on your order, we will replace it with a heart symbol.

Do you offer resizing for bracelets?
Yes, we are happy to offer resizing for all your bracelets! Because all of our pieces are handmade to order, we do charge for this service. Resizing is $10 per bracelet plus the shipping costs are made by the recipient.
